Attorney fees and litigation costs shall be awarded to the prevailing party. You consent to personal jurisdiction in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. Any headings used in these Terms and Conditions of Use are for convenience only, and should not be relied upon for interpreting the substantive provisions.

Except as set forth below, we own and control this website and all aspects thereof, including all content and products and services offered. Some portions of the website may be licensed by third parties. Nevertheless, all intellectual property, including but not limited to, copyrights, patents, trademarks, and any other intellectual property rights, whether or not registered, are owned by us or licensed to us.

Membership

REGISTRATION: To fully use EasyEnglish.PK, you must register as a member by providing a user name, password, and valid email address. You must provide complete and accurate registration information to EasyEnglish.PK and notify us if your information changes. If you are a business, government, or non-profit entity, the person whose email address is associated with the account must have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.

ACCOUNT SECURITY: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any activity by authorized or unauthorized users. You must not allow others to use your account credentials and you must safeguard the confidentiality of those credentials. If you are using a computer that others have access to, you must log out of your account after using the Vimeo Service. If you become aware of an unauthorized access to your account, you must change your password and notify us immediately.

Cancellation: Your membership may be cancelled at any time without any prior notices if you are found sharing your username and password with others to provide them access to the content of EasyEnglish.PK. Moreover, your membership may also be terminated instantly without any prior notices if you are found not abiding all the Terms and Conditions mentioned in this page. You can also terminate your account at any time by visiting “Your Profile”.

Refund: All products and subscriptions are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued.

Subscription: It is your responsibility as a paid user to complete your courses within the duration. If you do not complete your courses due to any reasons, we will not be responsible and shall not extend your subscription duration.

Online Classes

Refund: All fees are non-refundable.

Internet Connectivity issues: We are not responsible for any issues with your internet connection. However, if we are not able to provide your classes due to an internet connectivity issue from our end, we are responsible for make-up classes.

Familiarity with the internet, the Zoom app, the LiveWebinar app, and our online learning platform: We assume that you, as an online student, are computer literate and can use the internet. It is not our responsibility to teach you how to use the computer and the internet. However, we do provide online videos explaining how to use the Zoom app, the LiveWebinar app, and our online learning portal.

Sharing your personal details: We do not allow our students to share their personal details with other fellow students. EasyEnglish.PK will not be responsible for any damages whatsoever. We never share your details with anyone, except required by law.

Termination of Admission: You are requested to keep your comments positive. Anything that is defamatory, obscene (including child pornography), profane, threatening, stalking, sexist, racist, abusive, be it verbal or written, will not be tolerated, and will result in termination of your admission.

Access to the online learning platform: You will have unlimited access to the online learning platform until the completion of each level/course. Access to the online learning platform after the completion of your course/level will be at the discretion of EasyEnglish.PK.

Class duration: Bear in mind that 1:30 hours per day is to accommodate 15 students. If for any reason, we have less than 5 students the class duration will be reduced to 1 hour per day.

Supplementary test fee: In order to be promoted to the next level of English, students need to pass the final test of the level. All tests are provided free of charge. However, if a student fails the final test and requests a retest, a supplementary test fee will be applied.

Certification: Certificates are issued to all successful students in PDF format free of cost. If a student needs a printed certificate, they will have to pay a fee for it.

LICENSE AGREEMENTS

You agree that you will enter into all applicable license agreements for any licensed software on the website or available from the website which requires that you enter into a license agreement. If you do not enter into such license agreement, the licensed software will not be available for your access or use. Should you violate any of the terms or conditions of the license agreement or otherwise infringe any of the intellectual property rights protected thereby, such violation will also constitute a violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use.

VIOLATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND UNAUTHORIZED USE OF WEBSITE

In addition to other unauthorized uses of our website set forth elsewhere in the Terms and Conditions of Use, the website’s information and content, the following uses of our website are unauthorized, strictly prohibited and constitute a violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use:

If we determine that you have, or that you intend to, violate the Terms and Conditions of Use, you agree that we take one or more of the following actions, in addition to any other remedies available to us.

VIOLATION

We may, in our sole discretion, without prior notice and without liability to you or penalty, deny and terminate your access to the website/online classes in perpetuity.

We may take institute legal proceedings against you including but not limited to actions at law and/or in equity, including, as appropriate, obtaining a restraining order and injunction. In the case of injunctive relief, you agree that we would suffer irreparable harm and that monetary damages would not provide an adequate remedy.
